Profile: I have been in the field for more than18 years in the domains of teaching and research, with specialized expertise in Educational Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Research Methods. My professional competencies encompass the conceptualization and development of sophisticated measurement tools tailored for educational research. Throughout my distinguished career, I have made substantial contributions to the academic field, including the publication of nine research papers and the authorship of a comprehensive book. Additionally, I have been actively involved in over 20 national and international research projects, and I currently hold the esteemed position of National Team Member across various universities.

In my academic and professional journey, I have adeptly managed numerous high-profile projects and have delivered in-depth courses in Institutional Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Research Methods. My role as an educator extends beyond traditional classroom instruction; I have been instrumental in facilitating Faculty Development Programs with a focus on Entrepreneurship, thereby enhancing the professional capabilities of educators. Furthermore, I have demonstrated a commitment to youth development through the organization and execution of summer camps, designed to foster engagement, leadership, and personal growth among young participants.
